As time goes on, I find myself constantly evaluating and revising the way Pixelsmith works as a company. One thing I will always stand by is keeping the client in the loop on changes throughout the project. Keeping us transparent only enlists trust, reliability and the client is also not surprised or disappointed at the end of a project.
One of the practices we utilize are staging sites for client review. This way, the client can see in real time how something is either working or not working out for them. Another great tool our team utilizes is Sifter. With an easy to understand interface, this tool not only helps the client, but us with what issues have been crossed off our list and who’s court they are in for each project. Lastly, we make sure to line item out as many details as possible in our estimates. This way it also makes it easy for us to adjust in case we need to re-estimate or update an existing one.
They may seem like minor items, but have proven to be very beneficial overall for our team and our partners.
