Hi, I did a big update on my artist profile - deleting and adding new art. The changes on my android phone were immediate but on Apple browsers like Safari it still hasn't updated after several days and still showing deleted art. Obviously this stops me from putting on social media as worried that Apple users wont see the new artwork I'm promoting to sell as prints. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem when updating and how long it could take. Maybe a week or more? It has been several days now :(
Its instant. But if you have any weird characters like an apostrophe, curly quotes etc, it will mess up the format. You need to strip out any off characters out of there and it should show. Not sure how this stops you from promoting.
Both your FAA and premium web site are identical showing 51 pictures on my PC with Chrome and Edge. Don't know if that helps. You'll probably hear to clear you cache and such. Changes usually update for me within 48 hours.
