Hand Painted Dogs Only Welcome TRADITIONAL Artists! This is a FAA GROUP sponsored competition. You do NOT need to be part of the group to enter. Eligibility to enter is based on merit of theme and compliance with rules, intended only for an exercise of fun and added artwork exposure. Virtual trophy COMMENT prizes are awarded, including a few added ADMIN CHOICE awards. First and foremost, the things curator looks for which MUST BE INCLUDED PROPERLY: Title, Medium(s), A Description, Adheres to THEME described, COLOR palette. The images must NOT be password protected, so viewers may click on them to see more information to purchase.

The host also reserves the right to enter her artwork into the contest along with everyone else, and WE ARE ALL expected to vote for our OWN paintings to get onto the LEADERBOARD, so everything starts out equally with our paintings showing up ready for contest voters to do the deciding. No voter soliciting permitted. Remember that Karma smiles upon those who give more than they receive, so please choose to vote for a few OTHER fellow artists while you are there.

The THEME for this contest is *HAND PAINTED DOGS ONLY* (NO people, but any number of dogs prominent to theme (read ALL rules before entering)

TOP MANNERS rule is NO position-bumping. If you submit images, please leave them in their original submission location. Attempting to pull and resubmit images to move them to the front may result in their removal. FAA Admin Contest Organizer reserves the right to remove any paintings that do not comply with the parameters of this particular contest. Decisions must be accepted as final. Your image/s MUST BE crafted by the artist without technological aid.. created only BY HAND using the following mediums accepted for this competition; to be fair to ALL artists through judging.

#1~ Only these mediums: OIL, INK, WATERCOLOR, GOUACHE, or ACRYLIC (listing all mediums with some form of painting description is checked and required). To just say 'painting' is NOT a description. Hand-applied includes NO other outside art applications, including AI-generated or digitally created enhanced or changed in any manner of alteration, and if unclear to curator, image may be discreetly removed without notification. At times it is hard to tell, so remember that if this happens, another entry may be submitted in its place for as long as contest time parameters accept.

#2~ STANDARDS: The General Public and FAA Members may vote in this competition, so this contest stays FAMILY-FRIENDLY.. mainly based on NO VIOLENCE, POLITICS, CRINGE, NEGATIVE, RECKLESS, or sexually provocative images.

#3~ DESIGN CONTENT: No Black & White artwork. No monochromic palette (appearing as similar or basically one-color hue). No Textile style designs that could repeat such as for fabrics, wallpaper or furniture. No PHOTOGRAPHY art. Entries appear colorful, vibrant, free of blurriness, glare or pixelation. Images have clean, straight edging (showing artwork itself only) with NO FRAMES or borders within or around any part of the artwork. Some rules are leniently subjective, but please remember Admin decisions are all final and may be applied at any given time of discovery.

VOTING: Will solely determine ONLY 1st Place. 🏆 WINNER ART CONTEST VOTED 1ST PLACE 🏆 VIRTUAL TROPHY with Congratulations comment below winner's image of the painting on artist's profile. This award is presented in acknowledgment that this FAA contest was for enjoyment and exposure only, with no physical prizes being distributed. Admin decides what happens with any tied results and offers some added Bonus Admin's Choice awards bestowed to group members close to the top finisher.
