BUILDINGS IN OUTDOOR SCENES - COLOR only

Post a COLOR PHOTOGRAPH or ARTWORK of your best building images presented in their natural outdoor setting.

Rules:
1. No doors or windows only, must see at least some exterior of a whole building
2. No abstract images, must be a real building
3. No people or animals in an image
4. No black and white, monochrome or sepia images (color only)
5. Must be an exterior image with flowers and/or other scenery included
6. No writing on an image unless it's already in the scene e.g. a street

All FAA members may join. But only Flowers and Scenery group members can have their winning piece featured on the homepage.

This contest is on the honor system. In order to be fair to all participants kindly do not submit images that have won, placed or showed in other contests. And there should be no voter solicitation. Let each entry stand on it's own merits.

This is a curated contest. Like museum curators ensure paintings on a museum wall represent the best, so images on these pages also will be viewed for their artistic value. That means avoiding the extremes like too much building and not enough scenery or too much scenery and too small buildings. Also too many buildings in an image so that no one is recognizable. And all artwork and photos should be clearly focused, not fuzzy. The group administrator reserves the right to remove images that do not fit these guidelines

The contest logo will be used to monitor already reviewed images, but is not a part of the contest for voting.

Each participant may submit 3 images.

1)   You must be a member of Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
